1. Directory Service Scope

MyDriveLocal operates as an independent directory connecting pupil drivers with independent Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) and Potential Driving Instructors (PDIs). We do not directly employ driving instructors or deliver driving lessons.

2. Independent Instructor Agreements

All driving tuition agreements, lesson payments, cancellations, and scheduling are strictly between the pupil and the assigned independent driving instructor. MyDriveLocal bears no liability for commercial transactions conducted between pupils and independent instructors.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to maintain accurate catchment area and postcode coverage information across our local directory. Pupils are advised to confirm specific availability directly with their matched instructor.
